1:00 – 1:30p – Networking Discussion and DUG Update – we’ll come together to introduce ourselves and chat through hot topics impacting our day-to-day work lives. We will also hear about all things DUG!

1:30 – 2:15p – Josh Cook – The Agent Feed: Human-Approved AI Inside Dynamics 365
Dynamics 365 apps now inherit new in-app AI capabilities from the model-driven platform, including Microsoft 365 Copilot chat and the agent feed experience. We’ll start with what users can do in the Copilot pane, then build a supervised agent pattern: AI drafts a case change, a human reviews it in-app, and the record gets created/updated with traceability.
2:15-2:30p – Networking Discussion – we’ll debrief what we learned, ask questions, and discuss the value it holds for organizations, the challenges that might arise when implementing, and any other thoughts we might have!
