Canadian National Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Community – April 9, 2026

We’re excited to come together to engage and learn!
1:00 – 1:30p – Networking Discussion and DUG Update – we’ll come together to introduce ourselves and chat through hot topics impacting our day-to-day work lives. We will also hear about all things DUG!
1:30 – 2:15p – Jerud Colbert – Tooth to Tail; Developing for Support
“Developing for Support” introduces a two-tier (prototype-to-support) architecture model that ensures solutions are designed with long-term operations in mind—not just initial delivery. This session explores how aligning architecture standards, prototyping practices, integration strategies, and naming conventions with your support team’s capabilities leads to more sustainable, maintainable Power Platform and M365 solutions. Attendees will learn practical approaches to reducing technical debt, improving handoffs from development to operations, and building solutions their teams can confidently support long after go-live.
2:15-2:30p – Networking Discussion – we’ll debrief what we learned, ask questions, and discuss the value it holds for organizations, the challenges that might arise when implementing, and any other thoughts we might have!
