Craig VanAntwerp, Director-Technology Strategist at Microsoft, will be presenting on current Microsoft initiatives and their roadmap going into 2027. Craig orchestrates cross functional programs that connect vision, operating models, and technology—aligning AI, analytics, and cloud platforms to tangible business KPIs. His focus is Agentic AI: autonomous, goal seeking systems that reason over enterprise data and take action across workflows. By combining Copilot capabilities, Azure AI, Dynamics 365, and modern data platforms, Craig designs solutions that compress decision cycles, elevate frontline productivity, and unlock new growth and margin opportunities. Craig is equally at home in the boardroom and on the plant floor—translating executive priorities into secure, scalable architectures and change ready roadmaps.

Kim Congleton will also be presenting on how to use AI in Manufacturing. Kim is the Vice President of Strategy at Technology Management Concepts, leading initiatives that connect AI, data, and Microsoft technologies to measurable business growth. With deep expertise in platforms like Microsoft Business Central, Dynamics CRM, Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure Fabric, she helps organizations modernize operations and improve decision-making. Prior to TMC, she co-owned New View Strategies for eight years, earning industry recognition for her leadership, mentorship, and contributions to the Microsoft Business Central community. Known for her business-first mindset and collaborative leadership style, Kim is passionate about helping companies embrace innovation while staying focused on strategy, integrity, and results.
