Agents are changing how work gets done in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Knowing where to start is the hard part.

Join us for a two-day, hands-on workshop built for D365 Finance and Operations customers. You won’t sit through slides. You’ll spend the two days building an agent that works on a real process in your own business.
Maybe you already have an idea for an agent, or maybe you’re curious but don’t know where to begin. Either way, you’re welcome. We’ll help you find the right opportunity, build and configure your agent, and get it running before you leave.

What you’ll walk away with
By the end of day two, your team will have:

• ✅ A business process or use case you picked, based on a real challenge in your organisation
• ✅ An agent that’s configured and running, or ready to run, in your D365 Finance and Operations environment
• ✅ A clear understanding of how the agent supports your process and how to use it
• ✅ A practical plan for testing, refining and extending it after the workshop

Who should attend
Each customer team should bring at least two people:

• 🧭 A functional expert who knows the business process and where it gets difficult
• 🛠️ A technical expert who can help design, build and connect the agent

Partners are welcome if they attend together with a customer. This keeps the focus on real customer needs and helps your team carry the learning forward.

How it works
1. Before the workshop: a short kickoff call After you register, we’ll set up a short introductory call. We’ll go through key business processes, show examples of where agents can help, and you’ll choose the process or opportunity you want to work on. That way we can prepare examples and guidance that fit your priorities.
2. The two days: build together You’ll work in small groups organised around business processes. Experts from Microsoft, the organisers and other customers will help you move from idea to a working agent. You’ll be learning from people who face the same challenges you do.
3. After the workshop: keep going You’ll go home with a running agent and a clear plan for next steps.

Before you come
To get the most out of the two days, please make sure your team has:

• Your own environment: a D365 Finance and Operations environment where you can build and run your agent
• Credits: the Copilot credits needed to run agents in that environment
• Access: the permissions your team needs to configure and connect the agent
