Transfer & Attendance Policy

• DUG Passes are non-refundable

• Passes are fully transferable to another individual

• If you’re unable to attend an event or become a speaker, you may transfer your pass benefits to someone else

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I still need to register for events?
Yes. You’ll register for each event using your unique DUG Pass code, but your registration will be complimentary.

Is this better than early bird pricing?
For a single event, early bird may be lower. The DUG Pass is designed for attendees planning to participate in multiple events throughout the year.

Can I share my code with others?
Your code is assigned to you and can only be used for one ticket per event, but the pass is transferable and the code may be shared if you are unable to attend one of the covered events.

Will this renew automatically?
No. The 2026 DUG Pass is a one-time purchase. Renewal options may be offered in future years.

What if my company decides to sponsor DynamicsCon or Convergence after I purchase the pass?
If your sponsorship package comes with conference passes and you do not need the extra ticket that comes with your DUG Pass, you may request a credit toward your sponsorship worth $1500. Your unique DUG Pass registration code will become inactive that conference, but can still be used for all other events.

Does this include workshops and add-ons?

No, the DUG Pass only covers the main DUG conferences listed above (DynamicsCon, Convergence) and all DynamicsCon Regional events. Other scheduled events may be added and included under the pass in the future!
