DESCRIPTION:In this session we will explore an advanced Power Platform approach to approval management that combines Power Automate\, Dataverse\, and Power Apps into a seamless business process. Instead of relying on long-running “wait for approval” actions\, approvals are treated as Dataverse-driven events that can be responded to directly within Power Apps and automatically processed when completed. I will should you how to: Enable approvers to respond directly from Custom Pages \, Canvas Apps or maybe even a Power Apps Code App with richer user experiences and business validation; Trigger downstream automations when approvals are completed\, rejected\, or cancelled using Dataverse events; Surface approval outcomes\, comments\, and approver details back into model-driven app processes for improved visibility and governance. The result is a more scalable\, maintainable\, and user-friendly approval architecture that keeps approvals fully integrated within the broader Power Platform ecosystem.
